Nauticus Robotics has named Brian Allen as Chief Revenue Officer, effective May 13, 2026. In this role he will oversee commercial strategy across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and lead global technology licensing efforts to accelerate adoption of the Nauticus ToolKITT™ platform.

Allen founded and led UK-based subsea robotics firm Beam from 2016 to 2025, scaling the company to approximately 230 employees in three regions. He built an $840 million sales pipeline and delivered $90 million in sales and order backlog in the final twelve months before Beam’s acquisition.

Allen’s responsibilities include expanding Nauticus’ EMEA commercial footprint, driving technology licensing revenue and building scalable marketing and sales infrastructure.
