Naver revises Nvidia share sale proceeds down to KRW 1.34 trillion on exchange rate adjustment
NVDA•Naver reduced the number of common shares to be issued to Nvidia to 6,558,435 from 7,241,564 and revised proceeds to KRW 1.34 trillion from KRW 1.48 trillion. The USD 1 billion subscription was converted at KRW 1,341.2 per dollar, with payment scheduled for November 6, 2026.
1. Revised share issuance
Naver’s November 3 correction reduced its common share issuance to Nvidia to 6,558,435 shares from 7,241,564. Final proceeds fell to KRW 1.34 trillion from KRW 1.48 trillion after confirmation of the payment exchange rate. The USD 1 billion subscription was converted at KRW 1,341.2 per dollar, at an issue price of KRW 204,500 per share.
2. Use of proceeds
Naver said proceeds will fund new AI Factory businesses. Payment is scheduled for November 6, 2026.
