Naver revised the payment date for Nvidia’s $1 billion share subscription to Nov. 6, 2026, from Oct. 30. The prerequisite of securing at least $9 billion in computing infrastructure for AI Factory expansion, excluding subscription proceeds, has been met.
2. Share listing details
The new shares are scheduled to list on Nov. 27, 2026, instead of Nov. 20. The final share count will be based on the Nov. 3 exchange rate, while the issue price remains KRW 204,500 per share.
