Navient appoints Diane Offereins to board of directors
NAVI•Navient appointed Diane Offereins to its board, effective Sept. 24, 2026. She spent more than 24 years at Discover Financial Services and currently serves on three other boards.
1. Board appointment
Offereins previously held roles including global CIO and executive vice president of payment services at Discover Financial Services. She currently serves on the boards of Lendbuzz, Flywire and Brighthouse Financial; the appointment follows a board member’s retirement in June 2026.
