Navitas Semiconductor agreed to buy power-management developer Claros in a deal valued at up to $232.8 million.
Consideration includes $216 million at closing in cash and Navitas common stock, with additional stock tied to milestones. The reference price for the stock component was $12.97, based on Navitas’ Aug. 21 close.
The deal targets vertical power delivery and integrated voltage regulator technology for AI data centers, extending Navitas’ grid-to-xPU portfolio.
Closing is expected before year-end, subject to customary conditions and regulatory clearances.
