Nayax integrated an AI layer into its MoMa app with AI Assistant, planogram suggestions and visual recognition tools speeding mapping up to five times. These features let operators monitor underperforming machines, adjust product placements and act on data insights from iOS and Android devices worldwide.
Nayax added an AI layer to MoMa, its mobile management app for unattended and self-service operators. It introduces an AI Assistant for query-based business insights, planogram suggestions based on machine-level sales data, and visual recognition that builds planograms from photos up to five times faster than manual mapping.
The AI Assistant lets operators ask questions like which machines underperform or why revenue dropped at specific locations without sifting through dashboards. Planogram suggestions recommend product mix and slot priorities to optimize sales, while visual recognition streamlines planogram setup and enriches operational data.
The new AI features are rolling out to all MoMa users on iOS and Android across every market where the app is available. This deployment ensures operators globally can leverage the updated tools to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency directly from their mobile devices.
