Nayax says law enforcement probes suspected cyberattack, systems cleared of unauthorized access

Nayax says it completed its system review and technical remediation for a suspected cyber incident disclosed July 8, 2026.
The company said the investigation to date found systems cleared of unauthorized access, with the production environment and core systems not impacted. Nayax said operations continued normally.
Data exposure and financial impact remain under review
According to the probe, exfiltrated data included backups of scanned documents, business information, and payment transaction records, but not sensitive authentication data.
Nayax said safeguarded customer funds were untouched and no unauthorized access to those accounts was detected. The board decided not to meet extortion demands. The company said the financial impact remains uncertain, but is not expected to be material.
