Nebius to expand AI cloud through infrastructure partnerships
Nebius launched an asset-light expansion model to scale its AI cloud through infrastructure partnerships that add third-party data center capacity to its platform.
Partners will finance, own, and operate AI data centers; Nebius will deploy its hardware design, software stack, and services.
The added capacity will be sold through Nebius’s global sales organization, extending supply for AI-native and enterprise customers.
The model targets high-margin revenue with minimal incremental capital, using revenue sharing, licensing, commissions, or committed-capacity agreements.
Nebius has already signed initial partnership arrangements under the program.
