Nebius Lands $27B Meta AI Cloud Deal, Secures $2B Nvidia Investment
Nebius signed a $27bn AI infrastructure deal with Meta, delivering $12bn of Nvidia Vera Rubin-powered capacity from early 2027 and securing up to $15bn more compute purchases over five years. It also received a $2bn Nvidia investment, posted 479% revenue growth in 2025 and holds a $20bn contract backlog.
1. Meta Partnership
Nebius signed a long-term agreement with Meta worth up to $27bn, including $12bn of dedicated AI compute capacity starting early 2027 using Nvidia’s Vera Rubin platform. Meta has committed to purchase an additional $15bn of compute power over five years, while Nebius can sell any surplus capacity to third-party clients.
2. Nvidia Collaboration
In March 2026, Nvidia invested $2bn in Nebius to back its AI cloud expansion targeting startups and enterprises. The partnership includes deployment of over 5 gigawatts of AI compute globally by 2030, early product samples, system software support and integration of Nvidia technologies such as Rubin, Vera CPUs and BlueField storage systems.
3. Financial Performance and Backlog
Nebius posted a 479% year-over-year revenue increase in 2025 and expanded operations in the Asia-Pacific region. The company holds a $20bn contract backlog from long-term agreements, including deals with Meta and Microsoft, and has kept its 2026 financial guidance unchanged.
