Nebraska selects Tyler Technologies’ Resident AI Assistant for statewide deployment
TYL•Statewide deployment follows DMV pilot
Tyler Technologies secured a statewide deployment agreement with the state of Nebraska for its Resident AI Assistant following a successful DMV pilot.
In a three-month pilot, the AI assistant handled more than 88,000 questions from over 38,000 users.
Call volume fell by up to 20% in key service areas, supporting the state’s decision to scale the tool across agencies.
Document Automation expands for motor carrier operations
Nebraska DMV also expanded use of Tyler’s Document Automation platform to modernize motor carrier operations and strengthen compliance processes.
The Document Automation rollout starts on Nebraska.gov, targeting 100% audit capability across nearly 500,000 VIN records.
