NKTR•Nektar said its Phase 3 ZENITH AD trial for rezpegaldesleukin has expanded to include treatment-experienced patients. The company also presented one-year Phase 2b data and outlined further trial plans.
1. Trial and data update
Nektar presented one-year Phase 2b data for rezpegaldesleukin at the 2026 EADV Congress in Vienna. Alopecia areata results showed durable benefit after treatment stopped, with some patients continuing to improve during follow-up; atopic dermatitis maintenance data indicated sustained disease control on less frequent dosing, with additional patients improving over time. The company said a new Phase 3 atopic dermatitis trial had started and a pivotal alopecia areata study was slated for early 2027.
