Nektar Therapeutics said rezpegaldesleukin maintained SALT score ≤20 responses in 75% of patients at four months and 63% at six months off treatment. At six months off treatment, 19% achieved a SALT score ≤10, compared with 7% at 52 weeks. The company said the treatment’s safety profile through 52 weeks was favorable and consistent with previous reports, and that its Phase 3 ZENITH AA study is expected to begin in early 2027.
