Neo-Concept International replaces WWC with Privatco as auditor
NCI•Neo-Concept International Group Holdings replaced WWC with Privatco CPA as its independent auditor, effective October 16, 2026. Privatco will audit the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026; WWC’s reports for fiscal 2024 and 2025 contained no adverse or disclaimed opinions, qualifications or modifications, and there were no accounting disagreements or reportable events.
