NeOnc Technologies filed an amended 8-K to update board committee assignments omitted from its July 2, 2026 report.
Nasim Shomali was appointed to the audit committee effective Aug. 18, 2026.
Audit committee membership now includes Bader Almonawer as chair, Jim Delshad, and Nasim Shomali.
