2. Portfolio transactions
The company said its exit from Learneo generated $9.4 million in proceeds and was booked as a $5.6 million loss. It issued a $20 million Magnetar 6.50% Redeemable Promissory Note due 2029 and repurchased 1,984 of its 6.00% Notes due 2026.
