NeoVolta enters USD 20 million term loan deal with Horizon Technology Finance, ROHO Capital and Monroe Capital

The maturity date is set for March 3, 2028, with interest at 10% per annum and monthly amortization beginning Dec. 4, 2026.
Monthly payments are set at the greater of USD 1.25 million or 7.5% of prior-month stock “value traded,” capped at USD 2 million.
The loans are secured by a first-priority lien on substantially all assets, and covenants include minimum liquidity and cushion tests tied to loan principal.

NeoVolta entered a Loan, Security and Guaranty Agreement with Horizon Technology Finance, ROHO Capital Opportunity Fund and Monroe Capital on Sept. 4, 2026.
The term loans total USD 20 million, with an option to increase commitments by up to USD 10 million subject to conditions.
