Adjusted EBITDA and policy growth
Adjusted EBITDA, on a non-GAAP basis, increased 36.5% to $34.5 million. Adjusted EBITDA margin widened 1.7 percentage points to 61.7%.
Policies in force grew 29% to 316,106, and premium in force increased 31.8% to $419 million.
Quarterly results rise on higher revenue
Neptune Insurance posted second-quarter fiscal 2026 net income of $15.8 million, up 35.9% year over year, as revenue rose 32.8% to $55.9 million.
Operating income climbed 24.7% to $26.6 million, while total operating expenses increased to on higher share-based compensation.
