NESR taps PwC Dubai as auditor for 2027, replacing Grant Thornton after 2026 audit

NESR will replace Grant Thornton (Dubai branch) as auditor, effective once its audit of the year ending Dec. 31, 2026 is completed. PwC (Dubai branch) was appointed for the audit of the year ending Dec. 31, 2027.
Prior audit findings and control remediation
Grant Thornton’s audit reports for 2025 and 2024 carried no adverse opinion, disclaimer, or qualification. No accounting or audit-scope disputes were reported with Grant Thornton through Aug. 4, 2026. A previously disclosed material weakness in internal control over financial reporting was remediated during 2025.
