Net Power extends deadline to proceed with Saulsbury construction contract to March 31, 2027

1. Contract deadlines extended
Net Power’s subsidiary signed an agreement with Saulsbury on October 16, 2026, extending deadlines under its engineering, procurement and construction contract. The full notice to proceed and mobilization payment deadline moved from October 15, 2026, to March 31, 2027.
2. Termination payment conditions
Deferral of the $3.5 million termination payment requires signed contract amendments, a limited notice to proceed and associated payments by November 15, 2026. If those conditions are not met, payment is due within 10 days of Saulsbury’s written demand and invoice. Meeting them defers payment until March 31, 2027; missing the extended notice and mobilization payment deadline triggers payment.
