The closing share price on the grant date was HK$91.1.
The awards vest evenly over three years from Sept. 1, 2026, and the purchase price on vesting is nil.
Vesting depends on meeting performance appraisal thresholds in the year before each vesting date, and misconduct can trigger forfeiture or clawback.
Settlement will use existing shares. 10,462,280 shares remain available for future grants under the plan.
