Netlist announces annual shareholder meeting

Netlist will hold its 2026 annual stockholders meeting on Sept. 18, 2026 in Irvine, California.
Shareholders will vote to elect three directors to one-year terms expiring in 2027.
A separate vote will seek to ratify Macias Gini & O’Connell as independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending Jan. 2, 2027.
