Netlist files ITC complaint accusing Micron, Nvidia, Broadcom, Google of infringing HBM patents
NLST•Netlist filed an ITC complaint seeking exclusion and cease-and-desist orders over alleged infringement of its HBM patents. The complaint targets Micron and names Nvidia, Broadcom and Google as respondents, alleging Micron’s HBM3E, HBM4 and HBM4E products infringe two U.S. patents.

Netlist filed a new complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission seeking exclusion and cease-and-desist orders over alleged infringement of its HBM patents in AI computing. It targets Micron and names downstream customers Nvidia, Broadcom and Google as respondents tied to products incorporating the accused memory technology.
2. Patents and products
The complaint cites U.S. patents 12,308,087 and 12,646,537, alleging they cover Micron’s HBM3E, HBM4 and HBM4E products. Netlist also has a separate ITC case involving Micron and DDR5 memory modules, instituted Sept. 23 as Investigation 337-TA-1523.
