NLST•US ITC opens second Samsung memory patent probe
Netlist says the US ITC opened a second Section 337 probe into Samsung memory products over alleged infringement of two Netlist patents.
The case targets U.S. Patent Nos. 12,646,537 and 12,650,937, covering Samsung HBM products and DDR5 RDIMMs and MRDIMMs.
The complaint also names Samsung customers including Google, Supermicro, Nvidia and Broadcom. Netlist is seeking U.S. import bans and cease-and-desist orders.
A separate ITC investigation filed on Sept. 30, 2025 remains active, and an evidentiary hearing is scheduled to start in November 2026.
