NetScout Q1 FY2027 revenue rises 13% as government-related Service Assurance orders accelerate, company says

Gross margin widened 190 basis points to 80.6% on favorable product mix; operating margin rose 660 basis points to 20.8% despite DDoS acquisition overhead.
Net income was $38.6 million, or $0.52 per share.
Q1 revenue and segment performance
NetScout posted Q1 FY2027 revenue of $210.4 million, up 12.7%, helped by government orders that arrived earlier than expected.
Service Assurance revenue rose 19.7%, driven by government demand, earlier deployments, product mix, Omnis Sensor and Streamer sales.
Cybersecurity revenue increased 0.6% amid a tough prior-year comparison tied to large-project timing; both enterprise and service provider verticals grew modestly.
