Netskope director William J.G. Griffith reports $7.22 million Class A share purchase

Netskope director William J.G. Griffith reported an indirect purchase of 610,291 Class A shares at a weighted average price of $11.82 per share.

The purchase was reported through ICONIQ Strategic Partners VIII Holdings, lifting that vehicle’s stake to 610,291 shares.

Griffith also reported beneficial ownership through ICONIQ funds totaling about 66.27 million Class A shares.

He received 16,778 restricted stock units, each convertible into one Class A share at no cost.
