Netskope Unveils NewEdge AI Fast Path Leveraging 120 Data Centers, 11,000 Peers
Netskope launched NewEdge AI Fast Path, leveraging its NewEdge network of 120 data centers and over 11,000 peer adjacencies to accelerate AI application performance by minimizing time-to-first-token and improving resilience across multi-cloud environments. The feature aims to reduce latency, optimize costs, and strengthen security for enterprise AI adoption.
1. NewEdge AI Fast Path Launch
On February 25, 2026, Netskope introduced NewEdge AI Fast Path, a suite of capabilities within its NewEdge network designed to optimize data routes to AI services. The feature targets public, private and neo-cloud environments and is available immediately to existing Netskope One customers.
2. Capabilities and Benefits
NewEdge AI Fast Path delivers faster inference results by minimizing “time-to-first-token,” accelerates agentic AI workflows with high-speed processing, enhances Large Language Model performance when accessing distributed data, and boosts Retrieval-Augmented Generation connectivity for real-time outputs. These optimizations reduce latency, lower network costs, strengthen resilience and maintain comprehensive security controls without performance trade-offs.
3. Expansive Network Infrastructure
Netskope’s NewEdge network comprises over 120 global data centers across more than 75 regions, with direct peering through over 11,000 network adjacencies to 750 autonomous system numbers, including AWS, Microsoft, Google, Anthropic and OpenAI. This architecture supports dynamic route control, industry-leading SLAs for availability and throughput, and resilience against internet congestion or regional outages.
