Netskope Unveils Six AI Agents to Automate 40% Uninvestigated Security Alerts

NTSKNTSK

Netskope introduces AgentSkope, an AI-driven layer within its One Platform featuring six agents that automate end-to-end security and network operations workflows, addressing the 40% of alerts currently uninvestigated. One beta client has processed millions of alerts into dozens of cases in minutes through the DLP AISecOps agent, boosting triage efficiency.

1. Introduction of AgentSkope Layer

Netskope has launched AgentSkope, an architectural extension of its One Platform that embeds six AI agents to automate critical security and network workflows. This new layer aims to reduce manual triage burden by tackling the 40% of alerts that go uninvestigated due to capacity constraints, serving as an autonomous force multiplier for SOCs and NOCs.

2. DLP AISecOps Agent Beta Results

The initial DLP AISecOps agent mimics a security analyst’s end-to-end data protection workflow, from contextual risk assessment to automated remediation. A global professional services firm in beta has used this agent to analyze millions of alerts and convert them into dozens of fully investigated cases within minutes, freeing analysts to focus on high-priority threats.

3. Other Agents and Future Outlook

Alongside DLP AISecOps, AgentSkope’s rollout includes Insider Threat AISecOps, Private Access AIOps, DEM Data Intelligence, DEM Insights and CCI Insights agents, each targeting specific operational challenges. Netskope projects that by 2028, AI agents will autonomously handle 25% of incident response workflows, accelerating data risk mitigation and strategic initiatives.
