Inducement RSUs granted to five new employees
Neuronetics granted 83,700 inducement-plan restricted stock units to five new non-executive employees under its 2020 Inducement Incentive Plan.
The largest awards went to Martin Webb (37,500 RSUs) and Phillip McDaniel (30,000 RSUs); Nicolas Jackson received 9,000 RSUs.
William Peschel and Alex Vargas each received 2,400 RSUs.
