NeuroOne's OneRF delivers immediate pain relief in 14 of 15 patients in initial study
NMTC•NeuroOne said its initial 15-patient study of OneRF trigeminal nerve ablation found immediate pain freedom in 14 patients, with favorable outcomes for all patients at a mean six-month follow-up.
1. Initial study results
NeuroOne announced initial results from a 15-patient study of OneRF trigeminal nerve ablation, published online in the peer-reviewed journal Pain Management in October 2026. Fourteen patients experienced immediate pain freedom, and all had favorable outcomes at a mean six-month follow-up.
2. Study limitations
The small retrospective study had no comparison group. Larger studies with longer follow-up are needed to assess how lasting the relief is and how the treatment compares with other approaches. The device enabled treatment of multiple nerve distributions without repeated probe repositioning.
