NRSN•NeuroSense said its Nasdaq compliance plan includes seeking more time, with board authority sought for a 1-for-4 to 1-for-40 reverse split if needed.
The company said its regulatory strategy has shifted to seek earlier market access in Canada, with a PrimeC New Drug Submission targeted for December 2026.
It also said workstreams have broadened to evaluate additional territories for filings using existing data, alongside potential PrimeC development or commercialization partnerships.
NeuroSense said it is preparing to launch the Phase 3 PARAGON trial of PrimeC in ALS, targeting about 300 participants, mainly in the US.
Financing has become the gating item for PARAGON, and management said it is pursuing funding tied to strategic support, including partner talks.
