1. Services agreement
Dominari Holdings, an affiliate of certain New America Acquisition I officers and directors, will provide office space and administrative services for $20,000 per month. The agreement runs until completion of an initial business combination or liquidation, whichever occurs first. A December 3, 2025, agreement with New America Sponsor I was terminated on October 15, 2026.
