New Era Energy & Digital signs 20-year power supply deal with Vistra for up to 207 MW Texas data center project

The deal also gives Vistra a right of first refusal on future TCDC development opportunities.
New Era Energy & Digital signed a 20-year power purchase agreement with Vistra affiliate Luminant for 200 MW to 207 MW for its Texas Critical Data Center Phase 1.
Power will come from Vistra’s 1,180 MW natural gas plant in Odessa, Texas, adjacent to the project site. The contracted supply is expected to be available in Q3 2027, and the PPA includes automatic one-year renewals after the initial term.
