New Fortress Energy posted a net loss of $372.96 million for the three months ended June 30, 2026, narrowing from $400.6 million in the prior quarter.
Revenue climbed 37.7% to $312.5 million from the prior quarter, while GAAP gross margin swung to $9.51 million from a loss of $62.73 million.
GAAP operating loss narrowed to $148.72 million from $225.38 million, while interest expense rose 21.3% to $226.67 million.
Non-GAAP margin turns positive as restructuring remains in focus
Consolidated Segment Operating Margin (non-GAAP) swung to $55.1 million from a loss of $21.65 million, helped by Barcarena Terminal startup.
Management flagged “substantial doubt” about going concern due to debt defaults, targeting a third-quarter 2026 close for its restructuring transaction.
