New Fortress Energy's finance chief Guinta resigns

Aug. 21 (Reuters) - New Fortress Energy said on Friday its Chief Financial Officer, Christopher Guinta, would step down, effective August 21, 2026.
Shares of the company were up about 1.4% in extended trading.
The company said it intends to begin a search process, including both internal and external candidates, to identify a new CFO.
Guinta has served as the liquefied natural gas developer's finance chief since August 2018, according to its website.
