New Found Gold Achieves 76.6 g/t Au Over 16 m at Iceberg Zone
New Found Gold’s 2025 drill returned 71.8 g/t Au over 31.95 m and 76.6 g/t Au over 16.00 m at Iceberg, and 51.3 g/t Au over 3.40 m at Keats. The 2025 program drilled 5,163 m in 124 holes and the 2026 campaign began with four rigs on conversion.
1. 2025 Drill Highlights
New Found Gold’s 2025 grade control program returned high-grade intercepts at its Queensway Project, including 71.8 g/t Au over 31.95 m and 76.6 g/t Au over 16.00 m in the Iceberg Zone and 51.3 g/t Au over 3.40 m in the Keats Zone.
2. 2025 Program Metrics
The program completed 2,773 metres in 84 holes at Keats and 2,390 metres in 40 holes at Iceberg for a total of 5,163 metres across 124 grade control holes, using a tight 5 m by 5 m spacing to validate mineral resource models.
3. 2026 Drilling Campaign
New Found Gold has deployed four rigs to begin its 2026 campaign, focusing on resource conversion for Phase 2 open-pit and Phase 3 underground development, with further grade control at the Lotto excavation, pending release of the remaining 45% of 2025 results and an updated resource estimate due Q3 2026.
