New Jersey American Water completes acquisition of Gordon's Corner Water Company

American Water’s New Jersey unit completed its acquisition of Gordon’s Corner Water, expanding its Monmouth County footprint.
- The deal adds about 15,300 water customer connections in parts of Marlboro, Manalapan, and Colts Neck, with 20 employees joining.
- New Jersey American Water plans more than $25 million of infrastructure investment over five years to modernize the acquired system.
- The transaction follows an acquisition agreement reached on Oct. 21, 2025.
