New Mexico utility regulators scheduled hearings from Jan. 19 to Feb. 1, 2027, on Troy ParentCo’s acquisition of TXNM Energy. The parties filed their joint application on Aug. 25, 2025. Under their May 18, 2025, agreement, TXNM will survive the merger with Troy Merger Sub as Troy ParentCo’s wholly owned subsidiary. Completion remains subject to required regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
