Brazil patent extends NCEL-101 manufacturing protection
NewcelX received a Brazil patent covering the cell selection and enrichment manufacturing process for its lead type 1 diabetes program, NCEL-101.
Patent BR 112018010946-0 extends protection for the process until November 2036, strengthening the company’s global intellectual property position.
The update follows a successful FDA Type B Pre-IND meeting for NCEL-101 in combination with Eledon’s anti-CD40L antibody tegoprubart, supporting a path to clinical trials.
