NIVF•NewGenIVF Group acquired an additional US$4 million stake in K25.ai, boosting its holding to 6% and valuing the position at US$6 million. It launched a Digital Asset Treasury plan targeting Bitcoin and Solana reserves, disciplined capital deployment and added K25.ai CEO Andy Cheung to its board.
1. Stake Top-Up Raises Holding to 6%
NewGenIVF acquired an additional 4% equity interest in K25.ai through a US$4 million top-up, split equally between cash and Class A share issuance, increasing its total stake to 6% and valuing the position at approximately US$6 million.
2. Digital Asset Treasury Strategy Pillars
The company formalized a Digital Asset Treasury strategy centered on long-term reserve accumulation of high-quality digital assets like Bitcoin and Solana; disciplined strategic allocation funded by operating cash flow; and institutional-grade custody with risk-controlled yield opportunities such as staking.
3. Board Appointment of Andy Cheung
To deepen strategic alignment, NewGenIVF plans to appoint K25.ai founder and CEO Andy Cheung, alongside two co-founders, to its board, leveraging Cheung’s expertise in AI prediction markets and digital asset treasury management.
4. Valuation Impact and Optional Top-Up
NewGenIVF’s 6% stake in K25.ai now exceeds its own market capitalization, and the company retains an option to acquire an additional 4%, as K25.ai pursues regulatory licensing and global expansion in the rapidly growing prediction market sector.
