NewGenIVF has made a US$2 million strategic investment in K25.ai at a US$100 million valuation, with an option to increase to US$10 million, and will secure board seats for K25.ai co-founders. The partnership aims to accelerate APAC expansion of K25.ai’s AI-native live-streaming prediction platform while exploring a public listing pathway.

1. Strategic Investment and Valuation

NewGenIVF has invested US$2 million in K25.ai’s US$100 million-valued pre-A round, with an option to raise total funding to US$10 million. This strategic injection secures board seats for K25.ai co-founders, aligning capital support and corporate governance.

2. Board Appointments and Governance

Under the partnership, K25.ai co-founders including tech veteran Andy Cheung will join NewGenIVF’s board of directors, fostering deeper strategic alignment. The appointments aim to leverage NewGenIVF’s public-market governance and regional network to guide platform development.

3. APAC Expansion and Platform Vision

The alliance focuses on accelerating K25.ai's expansion across permitted APAC markets such as Thailand, Singapore, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. K25.ai’s AI-native watch-to-predict platform integrates live streaming with real-time prediction markets for sports, esports and entertainment.

4. Public-Market Pathway
