Newmark adds Germany-based valuation firm to Investor Solutions

Newmark acquired Germany-based L+P Immobilienbewertungs, adding the valuation firm to its Valuation & Advisory business within Investor Solutions.

L+P was founded more than 25 years ago and has a team of more than 40 professionals serving institutional clients across Europe.
The deal expands Newmark’s valuation footprint in Europe, following other 2026 additions including Catella Valuation Advisory in France and einwert in Germany.
