Newmark arranged the $130 million sale of the NorthBay Health Collection in California to HealthCore Foundation, announced Nov. 4, 2026.

1. Portfolio sale

The 222,073-square-foot portfolio comprises six properties in Fairfield and Vacaville, California. Fully leased to NorthBay Health, it includes five medical outpatient facilities and the health system’s headquarters; NorthBay Health is rated BBB- by S&P.
