Newmark arranges 41,000-square-foot headquarters lease for Pursuit in Long Island City
NMRK•Newmark announced that Pursuit Transformation Company signed a long-term lease for about 41,000 square feet at The JACX in Long Island City.
1. Headquarters relocation
Pursuit will occupy the entire 14th and 15th floors of The JACX for its New York headquarters. Tishman Speyer owns the 700,000-square-foot office development.
