Newmark arranged a 5,325-sq-ft flagship retail lease for MAC Cosmetics at 579 Broadway in SoHo, Manhattan.
MAC will relocate from 506 Broadway, taking the ground floor and lower level of the five-story property.
The space includes 3,825 sq ft of ground-floor retail, 1,500 sq ft of lower-level storage, and more than 22 feet of frontage.
