Newmark completed the acquisition of Altus Group’s Development Advisory business.
The deal adds about 335 development advisory professionals in North America and Asia Pacific to Newmark’s Project Management unit.
The business advises on real estate development decisions, including feasibility, project strategy, cost, and risk analysis.
The acquisition follows Newmark’s March 2026 purchase of Altus’ Canadian Appraisal business.
