Newmark Names Kyle Lutnick as Chief Strategy Officer to Drive AI and Data Strategy
Newmark appointed Kyle S. Lutnick as Chief Strategy Officer to lead firmwide strategy on AI, data and technology initiatives, reporting to COO Luis Alvarado. Lutnick joins the Executive Committee and Strategy Committee while retaining his seat on Newmark’s Board and his role at Cantor Fitzgerald.
1. Appointment of Chief Strategy Officer
Newmark has appointed Kyle S. Lutnick as Chief Strategy Officer, a newly created role. He will report to Chief Operating Officer Luis Alvarado and serve on the Executive Committee.
2. Strategic and Transformation Agenda
In this capacity Lutnick will guide firmwide initiatives on data, artificial intelligence and technology while leading strategic account and platform growth. New strategy efforts are overseen by the management-level Strategy Committee.
3. Continued Board and Cantor Fitzgerald Roles
Lutnick retains his seat on Newmark's Board of Directors and will continue as Executive Vice Chairman of Cantor Fitzgerald, balancing responsibilities across both organizations. He brings prior experience as Global Managing Director of Knotel and retail advisory team member.
