Newmark posted 2Q26 total revenues of USD 888.4 million, up 17% from a year earlier.

GAAP net income for fully diluted shares slipped 5.7% to USD 27.1 million; GAAP EPS held at USD 0.11.

Adjusted EBITDA rose 22.1% to USD 139.2 million; post-tax adjusted earnings per share climbed 25.8% to USD 0.39.

Segment performance and outlook

Management Services, Servicing Fees, and Other revenues increased 17.7% to USD 351.2 million; Leasing and Other Commissions grew 17.2% to USD 278 million.

Newmark reaffirmed FY 2026 outlook for total revenues of USD 3.78 billion to USD 3.88 billion; adjusted EPS of USD 1.87 to USD 1.98.
