Newmont holds 8.2% stake in Awalé Resources after C$ 1.69 million share subscription

Newmont Ventures bought 1,982,538 shares at CAD 0.85 each in a private placement, investing CAD 1.69 million.
The stake rose to 11,682,639 shares, or about 8.2% of the issued shares. Newmont also holds 1,454,357 warrants.
On a partially diluted basis, Newmont’s position would be 13,136,996 shares, or about 9.07%.
