Newsmax rises on Q2 revenue jump

** Shares of conservative cable news broadcaster Newsmax (NMAX.N) rose 19.3% to $11.32, on track for a third session in green if gains hold.
** The stock reached an all-time high of $265 in April 2025, following a blistering rally.
** Co late Thursday reported Q2 revenue of $54.1 million, up 16.5% from $46.4 million a year earlier. Analysts on average expected revenue of $48.6 million, according to LSEG-compiled data.
** NMAX logged a quarterly profit of $2.9 million, its first as a public company.
** Co said it expects licensing revenue of $16 million in 2026, citing multiple brand content partnerships.
** "We believe AI partnerships could create another attractive, capital-light opportunity to monetize the company's content and brand," Noble Capital Markets analysts said, referring to an AI partnership with Meta Platforms (META.O).
** The deal, disclosed in July, integrates the broadcaster's real-time news data and programming into the social media giant's AI ecosystem.
** Including the session's move, NMAX stock was up about 44% year to date.
