The 330-acre project is near Ely, and historical materials cite 281,725 tons grading 0.75% BeO and 0.30% WO3. The company said it does not plan to mine directly and will pursue partnerships, joint ventures or a sale to monetize the option.
2. Critical minerals
The asset provides exposure to two U.S.-designated critical minerals, as tighter defense sourcing rules are set to start Jan. 1, 2027.
